PROJECT WORK – COMMISSIONS
My Passion is to work on special projects (Commissioned Work) where I create heirloom woodturnings and serving boards from your own felled tree logs. I will turn your fallen tree into memorable artistic and utility woodturned pieces for you to use and enjoy. I can engrave your family name, street, etc., on the bottom of each piece. Each item is also uniquely numbered and signed by me. I believe that each piece of wood is unique with its own special personality. The natural shape, grain and figure inspire me to bring out the best characteristics in the final artistic form. Please look around our website. CORPORATE GIFTS MADE IN CANADA
We are offering our handcrafted eco-wood art pieces as unique presentation gifts. All our wood is sourced locally. Every item comes with a personalized Commissioned Work Certificate or Gift Card. A salutation or name can be engraved on the foot of each bowl, on the bottom of a serving board and on salt & pepper mills. Our fine desk pens are very suitable as “international protocol gifts”. Personal initials and your corporate logo can be embossed on our genuine made-in-Canada leather pen pouches. CLEAN & CARE FOR OUR HANDCRAFTED BOWLS & BOARDS
With proper care, our wood bowls or charcuterie boards can be a family heirloom. It can be hand washed with warm water and a non-detergent mild dish soap, then towel dried properly. Please do not place in a dishwasher, microwave or oven or expose it to high heat or direct sunlight. An occasional very light buffing with food-grade mineral oil or beeswax will protect and add lustre. Let it stand overnight, then wipe with paper towels or a soft cloth. The wood colour may darken over time.
